RV Refrigerator repair in Sacramento California

Hi there everyone, Does anyone know of a RV repair place in the Sacramento area that will do a true diagnostic on the refrigerator other than staring at it and saying "Yup, you need a new refriger...

Check to see if you actually have 12V coming to the control board- my converter when out and would only supply 8V when we had several lights on in the rv causing the voltage to drop
