RV Resorts vs Campgrounds
OK, I tried searching the forums & did not find the first thing. So here goes, What is the difference between a campground & a RV resort. :h Thanks for your help in advance.

Usually, a campground is short term camping with little amenities. A safe place to park, relax and use for a home base to see the sights. A resort is usually for longer term stays like in Florida/Arizona/Texas...snowbird spots. They offer many amenities like wood working shop, lapidary, entertainment, tennis courts, bocce ball, pickleball, etc. They attract snowbirds to entertain and make them come back year after year. Most go by a monthly rate but will take a few week or less RV's.
