We have a 37" Beaver. They took everything off the roof, 2-135W solar panels, 2-40W solar panels, skylight, 2 exhaust fans, 2 air conditioners, satellite dish. Sprayed the roof and remounted everything including a new skylight and exhaust fan all was $5000.
But now I don't have to climb back up there a re-tape seams or worry about leaks....20 year guarantee.
I believe it runs about $140 a foot.
