You are paying a "premium" price for the name Goodyear RV OR Michelin RV on the tire and they are a POS to boot. I installed Hankook AH-12 in size 270/70R22.5 4 years ago on the steer tires and last fall I replaced the rear. The price last year, out the door was $400/ea and I could not be happier with them.
Some people evidently think just because it has the name Goodyear or Michelin it makes them a better RV tire, but just do research on RV tire failures and see who leads the pack for failures ...... Yep, Goodyear and Michelin. Both make an excellent truck tire, but charge a premium for them, while there are MANY companies that have a stellar reputation with the trucking industry for hundreds of $$$ less.
