RV's that are Lemons

I'm writing this post to assume knowledge on both sides of a RV's story if it turns out to be a lemon! I would like to hear from anyone that had a lemon or if you know anyone that had a lemon. First off to the States that do have lemon laws I know that you are afforded some protection. Those States that do not have lemon laws the fight to protect your investment is much harder. If a RV is deemed a lemon by law, does it have to be destroyed or parted out by the manufacture or does the manufacture have the right to resell it or wholesale it? And on the other side of the lemon issue does the consumer get his money back or does that party get another coach from the manufacture?

  • I have a junk yard close by that gets in a lot of travel trailers and resells them with damaged titles. Many have water damage but others I cannot see any damage. Most units appear to 5-10 years old. He seems to sell them quickly.

I'm sorry you did not read my opening line! I would like to know what happens to a consumer and what happens to a manufacture that is stuck with a high end coach that is deemed a lemon? Why are you critical and judgemental of me because I would like to know? And I'm not trying to start a fight as you accused me that's way I didn't mention a certain brands.
