I sort of hoped (long shot) that the Monaco's owner might be on the forum, see this thread, and decide to get his rig fixed. It looked plumb dangerous.
Honestly, I think if I saw something like you posted, I would have made a point of noticing what kind of Monaco it was and maybe which decade it was from.
I don't mean to hound on you, but information is king! What city in east IL?... that's a big state. Name the interstate!
