scangauge trans temp on F53?
Hi, 2014 Coachmen Pursuit F53 V-10. My scangauge will not accept trans. temp. when I put in codes. Used it on past 2000 V-10 F250, and again on 2006 V-10 F250 after I put in Ford codes from computer....

I have it working for cylinder head temp and transmission temp connected to a 2006 production year F53 (3 valve engine and 5RXXX transmission). Your coach will be using CANSF coding but the older F250s might have been on a different the protocol (PWM). Verify the data you entered against what Linear Logic is recommending (Ford Specific XGauge Programming). Very easy to make a mistake, took me a few times to get mine correct. Same applies for setting up the Gauge to pull the data from internal memory and convert it to an understandable format for display. If still no joy after verifying everything is correct call Linear.
