I'm not sure if your mh has what ours had. We had a 2009 Bounder 35h with 2 toilets. One was a vacuflush.
There is a separate circuit breaker for the vacuflush. It was behind the drawers below the bedroom closet in our Bounder.
If yours is located there, it will be somewhat hard to see. Take the drawers out, & look in ther with a flashlight. The circuit breaker is a small rectangle with a button on one side,you may have to feel for the button, just push the button to reset.
