Seeking a good Itasca parts source

I'm doing some of the RV repairs myself on our 2007 Itasca Navion. The Itasca/Winnebago dealer nearest us gets dismal reviews on Yelp, so I've been working with one I found on the web, located halfway across the country from me. Nice guy, but he promises to check on something and call me back...and then he doesn't call. I have to bug him repeatedly to get parts, and it's sometimes almost impossible to get through to him (leaving messages on his voice mail is fruitless).

I know it's still the busy season for RV parts, but this is driving me a bit nutty.

Can anyone recommend a parts house for Itasca parts (including the stuff that's not Winnebago, like awning, thermostat, etc.)?

Another vote for Lichtsinn. They are the only ones I use.
  • I have had good parts delivery form Lichtsinn Motors www.lichtsinn.com

They are the Winnebago/Itasca dealer where they are made in Iowa. Dick
  • Go to the Winneabgo web site. Enter year and SR. # of your MH.
Get a list of ALL parts used in your rig. FREE
  • In the grand scheme of things, there probably aren't that many parts you will be looking for that are strictly Itasca/Winnebago parts. There are tons of online retailers for whatever part you might need. Here's one Adventure RV Supply. I've bought a couple of air conditioners from them over the years, among other items.
You can also just go on E Bay and type in whatever you're looking for, and will usually find a number of sources to choose from.
  • It really depends on what you need. Most parts are generic so should be available at most RV supply house.
Not knowing where you are makes a difference.
I have got parts from these people both in person and over the telephone.
