I agree with this and I would state in your listing that you will provide the new buyer with his choice of tire brand with a credit of $3500. If he chooses to supply his own tires, he gets a $3500 credit. If he chooses the tires and wants you to have them installed for him, he has $3500 to play with. Either way it is a win for you and for the buyer. I should add that if you change the tires for him, you should be able to get some trade-in value for your old tires. I have gotten as much as $100 each for my trade-in tires.
