Did not bother us at all. Kept some stuff in storage. Full timed five years. 05-10. Bought a house again in 09, and all the stuff is back. We were fine with out it. Storage fees (AC Unit)far exceeded the value of the stuff in it for those five years, it was convenient though.. lol
