where do I find the Workhorse Serial # on chassis?? Need to order wiper control box.

If it is a Workhorse vin I believe it starts with something like 5W (not sure without looking and dont have one on me) Different RV body builders have different rules but Damon uses the chassis vin for the HOUSE.. If the body builder changed it, Workhorse may well have the translation table.
