- Tom_BarbExplorerNeither of our two units are having problems, I was thinking of a routine preventive maintenance action.
- MattINWExplorerOne or two options in the Kent/Auburn area... but a bit of a drive for you.
One might be only a mechanic and one only for house issues... I've been to both and strongly recommend both. Both had the opportunity to replace things at high cost but instead repaired/rebuilt for much less then a new one. That said I agree with an older AC, likely just replace.

- DachristianmanExplorerMost roof A/Cs are sealed units. What is the problem? If it's blowing cool but not cold, you probably have a leak in the system. By the time you pay someone to troubleshoot it and repair it, you'll be getting close to the cost of replacing the entire unit. And if you repair an old unit, what is next to break.
If it's a fairly new unit, it may just be a bad switch, but if it's over about 10 years old, I'd say replace the entire thing.
Tom - Tom_BarbExplorerI'm hoping he's not the only place.
- topflite51ExplorerI would check with Roy Robinson in Marysville for assistance.
