Our Rhino hose is more or less permanently attached the way you want to. I just removed the Rhino fitting from the "top" end of the hose, shoved it into the tube from the bottom, and then replaced the fitting. I then put a cap on the "bottom" end to hold the hose in during travel. Works like a charm. Depending on the length of your tube, you'll probably have to shorten your Rhino hose so it will fit completely into the tube.
