Thanks to all who made suggestions. I've decided to try a mesh sling hung from the same apparatus as the spare tire. This puts it at the back door and under the wheel. The mesh sling came from a Ford 150 I had some years ago that served as the gate off of the truck bed. I'm putting the Rhino 15ft, ready to go hose, in the mesh. The hose caps and piece that would go into the dump in a small plastic see thru box and store with other utilities in a small side compartment.
