Spraying the hose with bleach is only going to get bleach into your fresh water tank, which is not something you want to be drinking.
If you are especially concerned about bacteria on the hose connection at your campsite, you could spray that spigot and then rinse it off thoroughly, and then connect your fill hose.

Blue line has a orange one that is about 3 ft but then stretches out to 10ft. I have used this for over 3yrs and have not had to use any other of my blue line pieces. You might want to check it out.
