Shampooing RV rugs.
Hello! My dad was wondering if it was possible to shampoo rv rugs like you would with house rugs? He is new to rving, so any answer would help greatly!

I have had real good luck with dry carpet cleaners, more so than wet or even paying someone $140 to do my 32' Tiffin a few years back. When the carpet dried, I went and re-did it on my hands and knees and it was cleaner than what the "professional" guy did. Dry shampoo you just lightly brush into the carpet, let it sit awhile and then shop vac it out. I had a product bought at a car parts store once (can't remember name)that even took out red wine stains on a light tan car carpet.
