IMHO, there are far too many coaches out there with the parameters set forth by the OP. It's no wonder he's frustrated.
As stated before, by myself and others, go to PPL's website and peruse all the coaches they have. The results can be narrowed down by the OP. Look at floorplans and decide on a couple you like. With this starting point, you can then narrow down your search considerably. I know of a 2004 Newell that can be purchased for less than $200,000. However, it was a total loss coach...:E.....Dennis
