Shopping for a Class A

Ok so I spent about 2 hours picking this thing apart, drove it etc. Found the furnace needs a fwn motor (done that before) and has a cut wire making inoperable. The right front leveling jack has a blown hydro line. It needs all 4 air bags replaced due to being dry rotted. It had several of the supports under the cargo bays severely rotted and needing replacement as well. Ran and drove great though. All exterior striping was shot, a few windows fogged, the side door had pretty bad electrolysis at the bottom as well....I don't mind some work but he'd only budge 250.00 off his asking price. ....air bags are 800 alone.
