I think you would do a little better with a Class A with better seats if your wife has a problem with a car. The seats in Cs are usually the normal van seats from the chassis builder. The seats in my A are more comfortable than what I have at home. There is very little difference from a C to A in gas mileage. You still have the aerodynamics of a brick to push through the wind. I have had 4 MHs, 2Cs and 2 As. Each has gotten better mpg over previous due to improvements in engineering.
