As the title implies, are there any in the 25-30 foot range?

While we have a 37 foot American Coach Tradition as a recent upgrade from a 25 foot Class C, I would at least approach the 35 foot range for comfort and space. We haven't had any trouble adjusting to the plus-12 feet and a DP handles wonderfully in the campgrounds and on the road! Good luck with your find!
