Have it checked out by a good mechanic before you purchase. Unlike some on here will tell you, older doesn't mean bad and newer doesn't mean it is good. I drive a 16. Year old Itasca built by Winnebago and it is totally reliable and gives me no problems, I know plenty of folks that have bought motorhomes nearly new and have broken down. It all depends on the maintenance and care the owners have given it. The older Winnebago will cost far less for new tires than the newer ones but are limited to how much weight you can carry.
