At 33 ft. it is shorter than most school buses and they do urban all the time. It may take a little getting used to but I have driven 45' coaches in downtown Washington D.C. If you have a toad you can take that to the urban settings. Since most CGs are not in cities anyhow a toad is great to have along. It is so much easier to drive my Saturn around at 22mpg than the MH at 7-8 mpg. If you get this I would change all fluids in the engine and brakes, possibly replace the brake hoses as well as engine hoses. My coach is 11 years old and last year I had everything checked for a trip. I feel good to go this year also.
