The logic seems to be that if you purchase something new: RV, car, stove,etc., and someone else has a warranty issue you should be notified of this condition if it happens to more than one purchaser. The manufacturer offers a warranty for a prescribed period of time to cover defects in materials and workmanship because they know failures in materials and hangovers in employees are a real possibility. Why should they be on the hook for any longer than the prescribed warranty? If you feel you are being or have been wronged, once your item was out of warranty, by any manufacturer for any item you do have recourse. It is called the court system. I am sure you can find an attorney who is willing to represent you over your complaint against Thor. This attorney may take your case on a contingency basis but I sincerely doubt it.
