Sitting @ Dinette w/slide in when stopped?
I was wondering if it is ok to sit at the dinette when stopped with the slide in? We were told we should not walk on the floor of the retracted slide on our 5th wheel. Sometimes space/time const...

That must be a new definition of "quick stop" that I'm not familiar with. I timed our slide and it takes exactly 41 seconds to deploy and another 41-42 seconds to retract. I know for fact that we never stop for less than 82 seconds.
And we use our dinette all of the time with the slide retracted with no problem what-so-ever.
