Sitting @ Dinette w/slide in when stopped?
I was wondering if it is ok to sit at the dinette when stopped with the slide in? We were told we should not walk on the floor of the retracted slide on our 5th wheel. Sometimes space/time const...

First time I've ever heard of this. I read my manual cover to cover and no mention. We've used the dinette, couch, and slept on the bed while slides are retracted. Never had a problem or even noticed so much as a flex or a creak.
