Slide Out Problem

Front end of my 10ft. slide is dragging on flooring while going out. Raises back up when retracting. Other end is fine. Does not appear to be just an adjustment. When I looked at the slide section that the couch/bed is bolted to, I noticed that the front bolts of the couch were stripped out. The 2 rear bolts were lag bolts and larger than the 2 front ones. About 2 years ago I did have the slide tilt adjusted by a shop. My question is did the shop remove the couch to change the tilt adjustment and really mess things up?

    It appears to be a roller has come loose or moved under the slide platform. Couch bolting easy fix. The platform roller is a different story because it looks like the platform has to come out to get to the roller.

    I'm not sure anyone, other than that shop, can answer that question. Assuming it has been OK for the last two years, they must have done something right. :B
