I've had the cover off the bottom section of the bed more than once and though I can see where the ram must be, I still cannot find the end of the ram or a hose getting to it. What I DO have is the whole 120 volt and several bundles of cable going to it. A friend with a Tiffin product told me that when he needed repairs at the Tiffin factory at Red Bay, they removed a panel and the whole assembly was there to work on. I'm still hoping for something from HWH or Winnebago to give me the magic key to getting to the problem. My fall back solution is to disconnect all the hoses from the rear slide and push the slide in Then I will drill a few hole through the floor of the slide and secure the slide in place with lag bolts. Then, somebody back in Florida can have the job of doing the actual repair.
