What I DO have is the whole 120 volt and several bundles of cable going to it. A friend with a Tiffin product told me that when he needed repairs at the Tiffin factory at Red Bay, they removed a panel and the whole assembly was there to work on. I'm still hoping for something from HWH or Winnebago to give me the magic key to getting to the problem. My fall back solution is to disconnect all the hoses from the rear slide and push the slide in Then I will drill a few hole through the floor of the slide and secure the slide in place with lag bolts. Then, somebody back in Florida can have the job of doing the actual repair.

Paul, I could not remember if you had the 36 or 34 Journey. I was thinking you had the same floor plan that I had which was the 36GD. I do remember some wires in that area but they did not block the ram or the hoses and fittings going to it.
At any rate, it sounds like a vexing problem and I sure hope you get it resolved.
