Slide won't go in
Just bought a Thor Miramar 34.2 and having issues with the slide....can't get it to go back in. Sure wish we got some kind of manual that trouble shoots this problem! Anyone have a solution?

Hey everyone, thanks for the advice. We had the
Concierge on line yesterday and got cut off at 5 pm??? Called back and got an answering machine saying they we closed??? What happened to 24/7 service?
While talking to the Concierge, they told us to push a little white button 7 times in a place in the basement that little ol'e me could hardly see, let alone get to easily. So, I did it, and then got cut off. I tried bringing it in it again and it still didn't work.. The batteries are good and charged. Tried it after running the generator, and nothing. Will try while running it.
One side is out about an inch further than the rest.
