Buy a rig with a hitch but try camping and touring without towing a car. You don't usually need to connect sewer hose until you are ready to leave and dump tanks, so you only need to disconnect shore power and water hose if you don't use the awning and don't have a bunch of stuff to stow aboard. We have a 27 foot class C and have never needed/wanted to tow anything. If you camp/tour with a social group or can't enjoy staying put, you may decide that you need a toad and put up with extra cost, extra vehicle charges, and inconveniences parking and buying gas while en route.
