Really? Is this what we have to look forward to? Are all these ownership parks the same?

Has the park had to re-write any rules for the people that stretch every law too the max?
We had one lady that got a "ticket" for not cleaning up after her dog. She would bend over and pick up the dog mess then toss it into the "green belt".
She fought it and won! She said she "picked up" after her dog, but you "the park" didn't like where it put it.
"Is this what we have to look forward to"?
No, there are all kinds of people in parks. From the couple that stops and inspects road kill to see if it's fresh enough to clean and eat to the guy that invented a lot of the forensics tests.
Takes all kinds to make the world go around.
