One thing to consider is an ownership park is just that. You not only own your lot but you also have a fraction ownership in the entire park. It would be like letting strangers camp in your back yard. You would probably be keeping a close eye on their dogs and kids running loose around your beautifully landscaped yard. I own such a lot in such a park and we do look at things differently. We don’t own a campground we own a resort community. I do have to admit though, there are some here that take this ownership thing way too far. I got a little secret for you, even we don’t like the way they act.
