Snobbish RV resorts with ownerships

We stayed at the Traverse Bay Resort back in July of 2013 (nephew got married in the area). Nice park and the desk clerks could not have been friendlier or nicer (we were in the Monaco). The residents and renters were all nice too.
We also schedule a wash but they never showed up at the time we set. So, I told them that we would pass.
The guy next to us was driving a '07 Prevost Marathon. I think it was one of the first Prevost owners that I had ever talked to. He was super nice and very friendly. I see that that bus is up for sale now on the Prevost site.
I also have a very good friend that was at a Florida RV Resort where she and her husband frequented often (Naples). They are now condo owners, they sold their Monaco Dynasty. She was chatting with a Prevost owner and when he asked her which coach she was in and pointed out their Dynasty, he just turned and walked away. She was shocked as I was when she told me that story. How rude. I just don't understand why people do things like that.
I have never met any snobby people so far in our travels, hope I don't..... life is too short.
