So Cal Gas Prices OUCH!!

Still around $3.10 here in Sacramento... but thinking I'm gonna fill up the car and MH today!!

jjj, Asheville, NC, is beautiful and is also a great place (weather and it's Bohemian). A nice young vibe (college town) yet relaxed. Excellent medical care (retired friends live there).

Nice summers but they do get snow in the winter. We have been going in the motorhome every summer for the last 5-6 yrs. If you have never seen the Biltmore Estate, it's a real treat!

Also, East Tennessee is a nice retirement area.

Yes isn't it wonderful living here in Cali. I can retire in 8 years and I am running away as fast I can to get out of here. I have 2 cars on the road commuting and it cost us right now before the increases 80.00 x 2 a week to go to work. It does not leave much left over to fuel the truck to go away with the fiver. Somebody help me decide were to go to other than here, I am done with this state.

That makes sense since the price for a barrel of oil just DROPPED below $54.00.
It's California so they usually do the opposite of what the rest of the country is doing. Our price is dropping here.

I totally agree with you 2b. I filled up yesterday at the Costco in Palm Desert ($3.21 for reg.)
The 76 station down from the house in Palm Springs has fuel listed as follows...
$4.65 Reg
$4.75 Mid
$4.85 Prem
$3.31 Diesel
