Im set to buy a 2001 coach , cummins 8.1 isc, 26,000 miles. Should i be concerned because it hasnt been driven enough ?

I have 148K on my 01. Idling washed down the cylinder walls with fuel. If you bump up the idle speed you will be fine but unless you are driving an OTR without an APU you will not really idle any longer after stopping.
