Solar battery charger

Found a Coleman solar at Canadian Tire for $29.95. I was told that they go on sale for $10. Just saw one installed on a new coach - bolted to the grill in front of the engine connected direct to his battery. - he also had one on the dash which was plugged into the 12 volt outlet and charged his house batteries while coach is stored for winter.
