Had many tires change beside the road .. I don't have or want to carry the heavy impact driver and truck mounted compressor to run it or even cheater bars. And all the other "stuff" Let the commercial truck service truck handle it while I have a beverage or if in the outback drive the toad to town to get someone to do it. ??
To answer the op question .. yes they will call a commercial truck tire service truck to mount your tire beside the road.normally covers the expense If you knew who to call you could also make the call. They have heavy impact driver guns and the bars to remove the tire along with the 20,000 lb air jack to raise the coach to take it off to work on it. Great to watch done, not do. Especially on the side of the road not in a nice clean shop. Didn't deal with it 30 years driving truck and certainly won't now ...... no no no !
Carrying a tire can be less costly if you have a hard to get size. Provided you have space !
