I don't always believe in the old "you get what you pay for" statement because I've seen too many businesses way over charge on things. But in spark plug wires, I do like to buy good silicone ones that will hold up and usually cost more. I've had good luck with Bosch silicone wires.
This makes me think back to my first model MB Jeep with flat fenders and a flat head 4 cylinder engine. For it I'd buy a 50' coil of spark plug wire from JC Whitney with a bag of ends and make my own wires.
