i know this is subjective best sparkplugs and plug wires 1997 Ford 460" its time to replace them, running rough even a few backfires

Replace the cap and rotor too. If you spend a little more on the cap you can get the one with the brass contacts inside. I think Napa sells them. You got the good iridium plugs.
