Please describe Both Solenoids. Does one look like the pic I posted above? When you turn the Key to START, the wire to a small terminal on that Solenoid in the picture should go HOT. Circuit is (at least, I still don't understand the second solenoid) Ignition Switch to Transmission Neutral Safety Switch to Starter Solenoid.
We had a case recently where the OP replaced but mis-wired the Solenoid pictured above and no power was going to the main feed into the chassis. So no Starter, no Radio, etc.
Now that you've changed several parts, does it act any differently than before when you turn the Key?
