I have found in my vacation travels that low mileage is not that uncommon. People travel but a short distance from home. My friends use there RV regularly, but unless they are taking a big vacation they drive 20 miles over the Santa Monica mountains to camp a week at the beach. Things to look for: The tires will need to be replaced, they have aged out. If it was stored with the frig in operation (we always keep ours plugged in) then have the frig checked for if stored out of level it could cause damage. Those would be my major concerns.
