I purchased my RV with very low miles (not quit 5,000 in 2011 on a 2007). The first owner had passed away and the RV sat a few years. The second owner did a lot of work and used it some then kids went into HS and the family quit camping as other events got in the way. I was concerned about the low miles but everything worked fine. I had expected to need brakes and shocks, but four years and 25k miles later there are no issues with those. The paint and undercarriage looked new. The roof was in great condition as the second owner stored the RV indoors.
You have to look to know. I wound up paying a small premium for the low miles. But the RV was optioned the same as if I had ordered it from the factory down to the color of the exterior and interior.
