When I needed towing, they provided the right size wrecker who knew how to tow a motorhome. They provided the shop to tow it too and an appointment for work upon arrival. I did not have to advance any cash, or show a credit card.
When I didn't need towing they located mobile repair to come to my site (WalMart parking lot in Fort Stockton TX) and got me moving. They arranged an appointment for the nearest repair facility in the direction I was headed.
When I needed an appoint for transmission oil change while I was on the road they set it up for me. And I can't count the number of times I called from the side of the road with something that they could get a tech to walk me through on the spot so I could roll on down the road.
