My friends used to have a motorhome (not a Majestic) with the same issue. They did what Old-Biscuit suggested...built a step in front of the toilet, same height as the pedestal, basically just extending the pedestal. But they had a separate toilet room. If the layout I found online is correct, your toilet is in a room with your sink. So maybe a removable step, like an aerobic exercise step. Or just build a lightweight wooden one, attach a piece of carpet to the top of it.
