Steps Upon Storage
I feel like an idiot, but I simply CANNOT figure out how to make the steps to my coack (2010 Fleetwood "Discovery") retract when I put it up for storage. I shut-down the coach, flip the 'disconnect...

On my rig I also like to have the steps retracted when in storage. Just safer. My steps continue to operate when the 12v disconnect is turned off. When I turn the step switch on the steps go in and out based on the screen door being open or not. If the switch is off, the steps stay out weather the door is open or closed, (unless the engine is running). Even when I physically disconnect the coach battery the steps operate. That tells me that they are connected to the house batteries before the 12v disconnect.
