Update: The part was put on order on Thursday and came in on Friday. It took 1 full week to put the part on order.
The part was installed on Friday but it did not fix the problem. They said it made it better but there is still vibration. They are now saying that they have to rebalance the drive shaft. They are saying, and these are there words "if all the moons line up correctly it will take two days". So maybe Tuesday or Wednesday for the pick up of the coach.
Also everyone seems to think this is FREE but it is NOT. First off there is nothing for free. If you buy from a dealer and there is a warranty, you paid for that and it was not free. It was paid for in the purchase price. I don't have a "free" warranty. I have to pay for this repair. I'm semi OK with that but I would like to get it completed and then get it back.
Also in the for what its worth category I still think that taking 7 days to order a part is too long. If they ordered it on day 2 and it took 7 to come in that is an entirely different story. A lead time is what it is but 7 days just to put it on order?
