If you can hear the motor running and the pinion gear turning then you have striped the aluminum pinion gear or the shear pin has sheared off and needs to be replaced. But you should be able to crank the or push the slide in manually. Find where the crank is located, then get somebody to press on the button inside the coach and it should come right in.
But if it is not doing anything and the motor is dead, then you have a circuit breaker that got tripped. On mine it is on the second to the last compartment on the passenger side there is a circuit breaker in there that will trip. Reset it and the BR slide should work.
