There is nothing on the perimeter of a MH strong enough to let up lift it up, not even the hitch. Normal farm equipment cannot lift enough as it would take a 4+ yard front end loader if there was something strong enough to lift on.
You need to dig the jacks out and put 2' x 2' pads plus other blocking so the jacks start lifting the frame immediately. Hopefully this will actually lift the tires before you run out of travel so you can put some 6' 2x10s (or 2x8' 3/4 plywood) under all four tires. This should give you enough of a running start to keep going on the dirt.
