You will have to dig the jacks clear all around the foot. You can try to get something under pad to pry it up, but be careful. When we did that we somehow knocked one of the return springs off when the 4X4 we were using rolled on the unstable fulcrum. It was a B****R getting it back on!
Use LARGE pads. It took us several hours of digging and messing about.
